Do you want a beautifully styled wedding without the hassle of planning and at a fraction of the cost?! A PLV pop up wedding might be the perfect fit for you. 

What is a Pop Up Wedding?

A pop up wedding is an intimate 90-minute wedding fully designed and styled from start to finish by Pretty Little Vintage Co. We schedule pop up wedding days throughout the year at different locations, with different vendors, where up to three couples can get married on one day. Our pop up weddings are planned months in advance and include all of the details that would be important to you on your big day, at a fraction of the price. We make sure to include everything a standard full size wedding would have while saving you the stress, time, and money involved in planning a large, full scale event. We will use our signature PLV style and mix it up with the latest trends and new ideas to create something amazing for your big day.

We would like to offer three to four pop up wedding events per year at different locations with the help of some amazing local vendors. Pretty Little Vintage Co will choose the date, the theme, the decor, the vendors, you answer our questionnaire, pick out your outfits and who to invite, show up with up to 30 of your favorite people and get married!

We want to focus on the important things. You, the love of your life and your beautiful marriage. An intimate ceremony, some gorgeous photos, followed by the dances, toasts and desserts -  we cover all of the bases with style and love.

What is Included?

A professional officiant that will work with you to create a personalized and beautiful ceremony.

A unique venue for your intimate affair.

A fully designed event using our vintage & specialty rentals to include some small details.

A professional photographer to capture all of the important moments.

Stunning ceremony and accent floral design to include a bouquet & boutonniere for the bride and groom.

A delicious charcuterie board and drink station for guests to enjoy while you take photos.

A couple's cake to cut and sweet treats from a local baker.

The opportunity to invite 30 guests or less.

How Does This Whole Thing Work?

Pretty Little Vintage Co. picks a date, a theme/design and locks in all of the vendors! Each pop up wedding event posted will have three, 90-minute wedding spots to book using the same design and vendors for the day.


Email us at prettylittlevintageco@gmail.com to check availability and to book a consultation. We know a pop up wedding isn't for everyone and we'll want to go over all of the details with you. Booking is easy. Choose an available event, and pick a 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm or 6:00 pm spot. Tell us which time slot works for you and we will send over an agreement to make it official. Just like with our rentals, we require a non-refundable retainer to lock in your spot. The remaining balance will be due one month before the pop up wedding day. 

Then, the hard part is over. Now you get to pick out your outfits, lock in any extras you might want and pick up your marriage certificate.

Then What Happens?

We will send over a questionnaire to get some small details and to customize your time slot. The officiant will be in touch after that to meet to start planning your ceremony. PLV will send over a very detailed itinerary and schedule two weeks out from the event. It will be so important to familiarize yourself with the arrival times and ending times and be sure to communicate this information and timeline with your invited guests.

Pop Up Wedding Day Plans!

You show up all ready to go, get married and celebrate with the people you love the most. After that - we suggest a dinner reservation at one of our favorite restaurants, a casual backyard party or skip that and head out on your honeymoon. Again, it's whatever makes sense for you! 

Is a Pop Up Wedding Right For Me?

We have been lucky enough to be a part of a whole bunch of amazing weddings over the last few years while in business. While we absolutely love all weddings, we are always drawn to the smaller, more intimate weddings that really focus on the couple. We know that large scale weddings aren't for everyone. Some couples would rather spend the extra money on a honeymoon or a house. We want to make that possible for them by offering a gorgeously styled wedding at a fraction of the price of a full scale wedding.


Our pop up style of wedding is absolutely perfect for vow renewals, elopements and for any couple that can give full trust and control to a creative group of experienced vendors that specialize in making beautiful weddings happen.
