Styling & Setup Service

Are you renting PLV furniture, props and décor from us but aren’t sure how to pull it all together? If you do not have a designated planner, a day-of coordinator, decorator or person to set everything up for you, we’ve got you covered and our PLV styling and setup package might be a perfect fit for you.


What's included?

On the day of delivery, the PLV team will stay onsite for {up to} three full hours to setup and style your PLV rentals, handle placement of rented centerpieces, rented signage, set the tables, and handle placement of smalls / accent décor.


This service is specific to our rentals and packages only. Please note that our styling & setup service availability is limited and based on number of weddings booked that weekend. Please inquire within for availability.

PLV Design Service

Do you want to work with us to build a vision for your event together? This package might be a perfect fit for you.


What's Included?

First of all, everything you read above and so much more.

This service includes a one hour design phone call / consultation where we will chat about your ideas, style, vibe and overall desired look of your event. After we chat - we will do some research, put together mood boards for your vignettes, list our ideas and come up with unique setups for your special day.

We also make floral recommendations. We love a finished look – especially when it comes to our lounges, vignettes, displays and the overall vision. Most of the time, florals bring a vision together and add that finishing touch. Not sure what your different vignettes need? We are happy to make recommendations that you can pass along to your florist! We will also assist with placement of florals on the day of the wedding or event if needed.

If you're getting married at a space we haven't been to yet - we will include a walkthrough on site to chat about placement of your items and gather ideas for your big day.


This service package ensures total confidence that your wedding or event will look just how you envisioned it. We will style and set up your rented PLV items, incorporate recommended florals and make sure that everything looks great so you don’t have to worry about it.

PLV Month Of Planning Coordination

OUR Coordination package is perfect for the couple that wants to be involved with planning but also bring on A professional planner to help with specific tasks and details as the day gets closer. Our PLV planners are specific to plv clients, experienced, professional and can help take some of the stress away so you can be present and fully enjoy your big day.


What's Included?


​- Initial full consultation phone or zoom call upon booking (with PLV planner).

- Email support throughout the planning journey (with PLV planner).

- Wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors.

- Floor plan / layout creation and distribution to all vendors.

- PLV planner will tie up any loose ends with vendors and finalize details.

- Meet with all vendors on the day of the wedding to reiterate the timeline.

- Assist and receive deliveries on wedding day from PLV, bakers and florists.

- 10 hours of day – of coordination to include ceremony coordination, reception coordination & timeline execution with all vendors involved.

- Venue set up and PLV décor execution and styling to include but not limited to table settings, centerpieces, signage, accent décor etc.

- Handling and placement of client's décor and personal items – favors, programs, photos, cake toppers, etc.

- Handling of final payments and gratuity to all vendors.

- Coordination of the bridal party throughout the day.

- Assist and guide guests - answer any questions, special requests etc.

- Handle cleanup of clients items and prep rental items for pickup.
