Rustic & Elegant Colloca Winery Wedding Inspiration

A wedding at a winery?! Count us in! We traveled to Sterling, NY and partnered with Colloca Estate Winery to bring you all the rustic yet elegant wedding inspiration. We added our signature details to Colloca's gorgeous and spacious two-story Grand Ballroom. We started on the second floor, taking a tour of their classic bridal suite before we set up a linen-clad lounge right outside its doors. Moving downstairs to the first floor, we set up a sweetheart table, a full tablescape, and not one, not two, but THREE dessert displays. It would be out of character for us to only put together one lounge set-up in such a spacious venue, so we put together two more on the first floor! Bridal Suite

Upstairs and through a set of wooden doors is Colloca's Bridal Suite. Equipped with multiple full-length mirrors, a table and chairs, and lots of comfortable seating options, the bridal suite is the perfect place for a bride to get dressed and put on any finishing touches.

Lounge 1

We set up our first lounge in front of a set of four airy windows overlooking the vineyards. We paired our linen Kylee Loveseats and Chairs with our Gold & Glass Table Collection. Beautiful blooms from Happy Little Things GMD added some tonal color to the set-up.

Sweetheart Table & Tablescape

To create this sweetheart table, we paired our Jane Chairs and our Wood & Metal Industrial Table. We brought one of our Classic Farm Tables to create a tablescape in front of our sweetheart table set-up. Each place setting consisted of dishware resting on our Braided Charger Plates and our linen napkins, Mismatched Goblets, and Gold Flatware. We arranged more florals from Happy Little Things GMD in our Amber Bud Vases and lit our Matte Gold Tealights as the finishing touch.

Dessert Display 3 Ways

The cakes and sweets provided by Flour and Water Bakery were so beautiful we couldn't resist showing them off a few different ways. We started off simple with one cake atop our Classic Mini Bar Display. We rearranged our Wood & Metal Industrial Table and added two more tiered cakes to the mix. We put together our third and final display outside one of the ballrooms wooden awnings. This time we displayed two cakes, cookies, AND mini macaroons atop our Clapton Buffet.

Lounge 2

We had already set up a lounge upstairs, so we moved downstairs to create a second set-up. Keeping the linen theme, we paired our Jane Sofa with our Cecelia Chairs that we placed to the right and our Evelyn Chairs that we placed to the left. We placed our Nesting Mirrored Gold Coffee Table front and center and topped it, as well as our Skinny Gold Metal Pedestal End Tables, with florals and more tealights.

Lounge 3

For our third and final lounge, we stayed true to the linen theme by using our Lynne Chairs but paired them with our leather Bernie Sofa and Wiley Chairs for a touch of contrast. Our Train Cart functioned as the coffee table for this set-up and we used our Wooden Walnut End Tables -- each topped with more stunning florals.
