So, you and your partner have decided you want to get married this year, but maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by everything that goes into a full-scale wedding. What if I told you that you could get married this year at a fraction of the cost and your only responsibility would be to show up with your guests and have a good time? Keep scrolling to learn about pop-up weddings, see how a pop-up could be the perfect way to execute your special day, and find out what dates and venues we have available this year.



What is a pop-up wedding?

We're glad you asked! PLV pop-up weddings include everything a standard wedding would have, but to save you stress, time, and money, these weddings are fully designed and styled from start to finish by Pretty Little Vintage Co. You can expect an intimate, 90-minute event that includes a ceremony, gorgeous photos, dances, toasts, and desserts - all at a fraction of typical costs.


With months of careful planning, we come up with three to four pop-up weddings to host throughout the year at different locations. Each pop-up wedding we plan will have different dates, a different theme and decor, and its own unique vendors. All you have to do is answer our questionnaire and then you, your partner, and 30 of your favorite people will simply choose your wedding attire and show up on the big day.


We want you to focus on what's important to you -- the love of your life and your beautiful marriage. We can handle the rest.



What is included in a pop-up wedding?

If you're someone who likes specifics, here is a full list of everything we include in a PLV pop-up wedding:


  • A professional officiant that will work with you to create a personalized & beautiful ceremony.

  • A unique venue for your intimate affair.

  • A fully designed event using our vintage & specialty rentals to include some small details.

  • A professional photographer to capture all of the important moments.

  • Stunning ceremony & accent floral design to include a bouquet & boutonniere for the couple.

  • A delicious charcuterie board & drink station for guests to enjoy while you take photos.

  • A couple's cake to cut and sweet treats for your guests to enjoy from a local baker.

  • The opportunity to invite 30 guests or less.​​

We're so glad! Send us an email at prettylittlevintageco@gmail.com to check availability and to book a consultation. We like to chat with every potential couple to go over all the details. If you like what you hear, booking couldn't be easier. All you would have to do is choose an available event listed on our website and then pick the time slot that works best for you.


Once we have your requested time slot, we can then send over an agreement to make things official! To secure your spot, there will be a non-refundable retainer, but once those details are out of the way, the hard part is over. You'll get to pick out what you're wearing, lock in any extras you might want, and pick up your marriage license.


We then send over a questionnaire to make sure we have all the details and to customize your time slot. Your officiant will be in touch to set a time to meet with you to start planning your ceremony. You can expect a detailed itinerary from Pretty Little Vintage Co. two weeks from your event. You should then familiarize yourself with the timeline and fill in your guests so we can execute everything you and your partner have planned with us within the timeframe.



What to expect on pop-up wedding day?

It's simple, really. You show up to your beautifully decorated venue, say "I Do", and then soak in the moment with the people you love the most. Afterwards, you could make a dinner reservation at one of your favorite restaurants, you could have a casual backyard party, or you could get a jumpstart on your honeymoon. The choice is yours.



What dates are available in 2023?

Our calendar is filling up fast, but we still have available dates for 2023!


In April, we are hosting a pop-up wedding at The Lincoln Loft in downtown Watertown. You can expect a natural, light, loft wedding featuring beautiful spring colors, gold accents, and lots of texture.


In June, we are hosting a pop-up at Rhodes Greenhouse in Henderson, New York. This will be a greenhouse wedding with a neutral, earthy color palette in Rhodes wooden greenhouse surrounded by live plants and lots of pretty florals.


We are hosting two pop-up weddings in the month of September. The first will be held at the Navarino Apple Orchard in Syracuse, New York. Expect a rustic barn setting just a few steps away from the orchards, featuring warm, caramel colors, velvets and leather with amber and gold accents. Our other September venue is aboard the Island Wanderer from Uncle Sam's Boat Tours in Alexandria Bay. Get married while enjoying a private charter on a multi-level river boat with a beautiful white interior and the perfect upper deck fit for a ceremony on the water.


We will be back at The Lincoln Loft for our final pop-up wedding destination of 2023. This pop-up will be held in the month of November, and you can expect moody tones, dried floral inspiration mixed with earthy details, and the prettiest vintage elements.
