A New Years Eve Wedding Styled Shoot With a Lot of Champagne and a Little Bit of Sparkle - Upstate N

We want to wish you the happiest New Years Eve! 2018 was one of the best for Pretty Little Vintage Co. and we can't wait to make 2019 even better. Right before Christmas, we put together a little New Years Eve wedding inspiration styled shoot to share with you. We hope that you love it as much as we do.

When you think of a New Years Eve wedding, you probably think black, white and gold. While we love that color combo - we wanted to switch it up a bit but keep that sparkle that reminds us so much of the new year celebrations.

Champagne, gold accents, confetti, sparkles and a little bit of glam brought this whole shoot together. We used some of our favorite vintage furniture and added some of our *new inventory* into the mix. Keep an eye out for our classic gold display pieces too.

We partnered up with our friends over at Fifty Flowers and bounced ideas around until we came up with this unexpected color scheme and soft winter look. While you might not think of pinks, creams, and peaches as winter colors, we hope this changes your mind!

Ceremony

Featured PLV Pieces: Copper Arbor * Walnut Risers * Maxine Table * Bistro Chairs

We kept this look simple with the beautiful brick walls and were pretty happy with the outcome.

Farm Table

Featured PLV Pieces: Hairpin Leg Farm Table * Bistro Chairs * Copper Table Arbor * Brass Candlesticks * Gold Flatware * Clear Goblets

You know how we feel about our handmade farm tables - we built them so you don't need linen! You'll never see us cover them up BUT we added some soft elements to glam it up a bit. Champagne sequin napkins, pretty florals, and our copper table arbor covered with eucalyptus garland really made this table a showstopper.

Cakes & Cupcakes

Featured PLV Pieces: Gold Bar Cart * Gold & Metallic End Tables * Wooden Hoops * Assorted Cake Stands

We've used our wooden hoops with florals before but wanted to add some color to the backdrop. The prettiest silk blush fabric that happened to be leftover from a craft project was just the thing that we didn't even know that we needed. Instead of a big vintage furnishing, we used a simple gold bar cart and a few of our metallic end tables to complete this look.

Lounge Love

Featured PLV Pieces: "Lucia" Sectional * Walnut Risers * Annabelle Chairs * Gold & Glass Round Coffee Table

Guys, this might be my favorite lounge of 2018. Want to know the crazy part? This sectional sofa has been in our collection for years and has never made it to our website. It goes out often too! Clients see it in the warehouse and just have to have it. I have NO IDEA why it's not on the site yet. I need to get it posted as soon as possible but in the mean time, if you love this beauty - ask for the Lucia sectional. Talk about plenty of seating for your guests. This lovely lady seats around 6 people comfortably - paired with a few chairs, tables and accents and you're guests will never want to leave.

Sweetheart Table

Featured PLV Pieces: "Maxine" Table * Sequin Champagne Linen * "Juliette" Chairs

The sweetest table for two you ever did see.

Bubbly Bar

Featured PLV Pieces: Curved Gold & Glass Shelves * Gold Mirror Collection

Is it weird that I could stare at this setup for hours? Probably, right? Well our new curved gold and glass shelves make the sweetest bubbly bar (or dessert bar, favor display, bar back, etc) and I am in love with this look.

Photo Booth Backdrop

Featured PLV Pieces: Champagne Sequin Backdrop

We love a photo opportunity. That's a fact. Props, hats and things like that aren't really our thing so we use our backdrops to create the perfect setting for selfies or group photos without all of that extra stuff. Barn wood, boxwood or pretty champagne sequins are our most popular but we have others too! Add a laser cut name, lush floral or garlands and you are picture ready.

Pretty Little Details

Those little things that help tie the whole thing together.

Ceremony Dress: These stunning separates from Lea-Ann Belter Bridal were classic and absolutely gorgeous in person! The talented hair and makeup ladies went with vintage Hollywood waves and a dark lip for this winter wedding.

Reception Dress: Our bride switched into something a little sparkly for the reception and we loved this blush detailed dress with a little vintage flair.

Groom Looks: A classic black suit for the ceremony and for party time - our groom switched into suspenders and a bow tie. Pretty perfect and a little less formal.
